Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 7 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cup suagar
  • 1 quart half & half
  • 2 drops vanilla extract
  • 6 slices of egg bread (remove crust)

Method of Preparation:

Line baking dish with sliced egg bread. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and cream. Pour liquid on top of bread. Cover with foil. Place in water bath and bake at 320°F for 1 hour or until pudding is firm on top and no liquid is showing.
