Strawberry Petit Fours


  • 12 whole strawberries
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tbspn. confectionary sugar
  • Toasted almond silvers

Method of Preparation

Select large berries and remove stem. Cut the tip ¼ to make the berries stand up. Scoop out the center with melon baller and pipe filling into strawberries. Decorate with toasted almond slivers.
